Her expertise spans customer experience, P&L management, operational transformation, sales operations, vendor management, and global service delivery, with a consistent focus on growth, profitability, efficiency, and customer excellence.
Before embarking on her entrepreneurial journey with Meraki, she served as Vice President – End-to-End Customer Experience at Dr. Comfort, an Enovis company, where she led global Customer Service and Operations and partnered with executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, service excellence, resource optimization, and process transformation.

A significant part of her leadership journey was with Dell, where she held progressive roles across Global Dell Outlet, International Services, Manufacturing, Delivery Services, Training, and Vendor Operations. She led a $650M secondary-market business, delivered significant P&L and cost improvements, reduced executive escalations from 9% to 2%, expanded operations into Brazil, and transformed an underperforming outsourced operation into a best-in-class site within two quarters.

As VP Operations at Crimson Cloud, she played a pivotal role in scaling the organization, contributing to an 8x increase in revenue and a threefold growth in its customer base, while building AWS and Azure capabilities, strategic partnerships, sales enablement, delivery, and managed services operations. Her leadership was recognized with the AWS Best Partner Award in 2016.
